Cooking class with Ron Erikson at Yankee Hill Winery in Columbia, CA
This Saturday class will be visiting Tuscany, so roll up your sleeves. The fun starts with appetizers, pasta with sauces, Tuscan chicken along with vegetables and salad. But wait! There's more. LAVA CAKE for dessert. Milliaire will bring the wine to accompany the delicious dishes you will be making including our Clockspring Vineyard Port to savor with the lava cake. The 3 hour class will be filled with cooking techniques, delicious food and Milliaire Wine. Can't go wrong there.
